Inventory Shortage Update

You may have noticed that many of the PhoneBack colors and sizes are out of stock. To prepare for our quiet launch in December 2023 we produced what we figured was an appropriate quantity of units to last through Spring 2024. Of course, it's nearly impossible to forecast accurately when you have no prior sales data but we did our best. In hindsight, we grossly underestimated the initial demand, failed to recognize how many iPhone 14 Pro/Max users would want a PhoneBack, and thought the pastel colors would be more popular. 

 

Having too much demand is a good problem, but still, we recognize how frustrating this can be for those of you who cannot purchase a PhoneBack due to the unavailability of your color or iPhone model. 

 

Below is a summary of our future inventory and product development plans through June 2024:

 

1. iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max back in stock by March 2024
2. New colors, Navy Blue and Hunter Green, in stock for iPhone 14/15 Pro and Pro Max by March 2024
3. Discontinuing our light pastel colors once inventory is depleted
4. Developing leather and NanoSuede material options with an anticipated launch date of May 2024
5. Opening a European fulfillment center by June 2024 for faster and more economical EU shipments.

 

If there's a PhoneBack size or color you desire which is out of stock, click the 'Notify Me' link on the product page. We will email you as soon as the product is back in stock.
